Note: there are two stages to this procedure.

Stage 1: all those that wish to participate should register their interest on Delta esourcing, and complete the questionnaire stage to verify their ability to meet the requirement. (Note: please ensure that you read the requirement thoroughly and tender only if you are able to fully meet that requirement as described in Schedule 2 and the questionnaire.)

Stage 2: these participants who qualify will be invited to a site visit, week commencing 23rd May 2016, prior to submission of their tenders.

The successful supplier shall be able to demonstrate a professional manner at all times, and able to provide teams that are appropriate for each event, with the ability to react accordingly to any incidents that may arise on the day from assisting with customer enquiries to incidents of anti-social behaviour.
