However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.Haringey Council is seeking to provide a community-based domestic and gender based violence/abuse prevention programme working with children and young people that educates them about healthy relationships, encourages healthy attitudes in relation to gender, and supports the prevention of domestic and gender based violence in Haringey.

Expressions of interest will be invited from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for this provision. It is anticipated that the Contract will commence March 2014 and will be awarded for one year with an option to extend for a further one year, subject to funding confirmation.

A Meet the Buyer event is being held to inform Service Providers of the forthcoming procurement opportunity for the provision of a Domestic and Gender Based Violence Prevention Programme with Children and Young People.
