The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.

The Framework Agreement will be open to public sector bodies in Greater London - see Note 1 (but excluding Government Departments) and any statutory successors and organisations created, merged or absorbed as a result of re-organisation or organisational changes. It will also include all properties owned or managed by the Local Authorities, Registered Providers see Note 2 or organisations referred to in this list and properties transferred from the Local Authorities in Greater London.

A Meet the Buyer day will be held on Monday 10th March 2014.

Applicants are solely responsible for their costs and expenses incurred in connection with the preparation and submission of their response to the PQQ.

Applicants are required to include with their expressions of interest their Constructionline registration number.

Constructionline is the UK Government's national pre-qualification register for construction contractors, consultants & material suppliers.
